Counterpoint
We are Counterpoint, based in Prague. We’re just starting, so we don’t have a long client list yet. That’s why we first show you, for free, how it would look fixed at your business.
What we do
Smaller businesses often have customers, products and requests they could get more out of. There’s just no time for it. Past customers in the booking system, an e-shop that isn’t on comparison sites, requests nobody reads, a Google profile with unanswered reviews.
We put these things in order. For two services, part of the price depends on results; the others have a fixed price.
How we work
- Nothing goes out without you. We send everything for your approval.
- Only where it’s allowed. We only message your own customers who could refuse messages, always with a way to opt out.
- Plainly. We tell you up front what you pay other companies. If a service isn’t right for you, we tell you that too.
- AI as a helper. It helps us with the work, but we read and check every text.
Where we’re based
We’re based in Prague and work with businesses across the Czech Republic. We write in Czech and English.
We’ll show you how it would look fixed.
Send us the address of your website, e-shop or Google profile. We’ll prepare a before-and-after sample for your business, free and with no commitment. We’ll send it within 24 hours on working days.
